Origin of the race of NEPHĪLĪM and GIBBORIM
Were these the Titans of Greek lore?
`Giants` ... and ... `mighty men`

a mingled race of great power, renown, but also of great wickedness

NEPHĪLĪM and REPHAIM
And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, that the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and took them wives of all they chose.

We still can't get it out of our collective unconscious

You've got to kiss an angel good morning,
Let her know you think about her when you're gone.
Kiss an angel good morning,
Love her like the devil when you get back home

Robert F. Kennedy once speculated on a touchy subject to many white men in our time. He asked, "But suppose God is black? What if we go to Heaven and we, all our lives, have treated the Negro as an inferior, and God is there, and we look up and He is not white? What then is our response?"

Bob Shepherd adds:
Isn't it interesting that while Westerners are fascinated to consider the interracial liasons of history, others are either horrified (or else worshipful). Consider the obsessive nature of the portraits of the beautiful Hortense Mancini and her stable of Negro studs. Eastern religion, on the other hand, seems to channel the fascination with racial opposites into a religious impulse. For example Radha and Krisha, or the Tibetan Yab and Yum.

One scholar, Reverend Alexander Hislop, foraged extensively through the pagan antiquities of the Fertile Crescent (in particular) to prove the corrupt and pagan roots of historic Catholic Christianity. His resulting work, The Two Babylons, is rich in detailed minutiae culled from distant times and places. Time and again he comes up with lascivious gods and goddesses proving that "opposites attract."

Nimrod of biblical lore, was son of Cush, was black -- a Negro. He married, or took by force the most beautiful woman in the world -- Semiramis. Why is it the fair skinned beauty is time and again paired with the fearsome, awe-inspiring Black Demon? Apparently Nimrod is equivalent to the Egyption Osiris (Hislop calls him black, p 69) -- who is equivalent to the Semitic Adonis. Hislop observes, "It is wonderful to find in hat widely-severed countries, and amongst what millions of the human race at this day, who never saw a negro, a negro god is worshipped."

White Goddess So many love goddesses or madonnas are of such light complexion that they represent almost a polarity to the black ravishers. Hislop gives examples like flava Creres, the yellow haired Ceres, the yellow haired Europa, the blue-eyed Minerva, Diana with the silver, moon-like complexion (as well as yellow hair). Venus herself was often called Aurea Venus (golden Venus).

Contrast these white goddesses with the male lovers of the respective myths and legends. For Hislop it is all part of the pernicious conspiracy that gave us historic European Christianity, controlled by the Vatican. Yet simply the antiquity of pagan roots of Western culture is not seen everwhere as proof of evil design.

An excellent somewhat scholarly look delving into ancient evidence is the recent book by Patrick Heron, The Nephilim and the Pyramid of the Apocalypse. The chapter "Catch a falling star" is powerful. If these olden giants were not mighty colossal black heroes (demiurges), what were they? No wonder the daughters of men were so enamored of these phallic deities - or ithyphallic!!

The Egyptian Isis and Osiris present another of these pairings. Osiris is a black God, meaning he is the sun at night. Alternatively, in the Egyptian mysteries Osiris is a Black God, Lord of the Underworld, Master of Black Light. He was murdered by his rival Set, but his lover and wife Isis, the beautiful white goddess, found all the body parts of her beloved (black god lover) Osiris, pieced them together and using a phallus of pure gold, she mated with him. Isis represents the Earth Mother; she also represents the white Moon goddess. She was the Egyptian goddess of Motherhood and Fertility (Birth). She was also known as the Lady of Magic. (more on Isis) Osiris, the "black God of the Nile" was the phallic deity, the dying-rising Savior god. He has been associated with other dying-rising Savior deities such as Orpheus, Attis, Adonis and Dionysus.

As the god of male fertility, the god of the huge erect phallus, Min was shown as having black skin to reflect the fertile black mud of the Nile's inundation.

It is also said that the black god Osiris represents the black primordial waters of Nun. See theblackgod.com/Bible_Quran_Black_God.pdf

Godfrey Higgins, in his still prodigious work, Anacalypsis, observed: "We have found the Black complexion or something relating to it whenever we have approached the origin of nations. . . . the founders of the Oracles, the Memnon of first idols, were always Black. Venus, Jupiter, Apollo, Bacchus, Hercules, Asteroth, Adonis, Horus, Apis, Osiris, and Amen: in short all the . . . deities were black. They remained as they were first . . . in very ancient times."

Pagal Baba actually praises the male god principle, with his ravishing consort or consorts, tokens of the fertility and fecundity force at the core of life itself.

"Those who do not recognize the divine nature of the phallus [lingam], who do not measure the importance of the sex ritual, who consider the act of love as low or contemptible, or as a mere physical function, are bound to fail in their attempts at physical as well as spiritual achievement. To ignore the sacredness of the lingam [linga] is dangerous, whereas through its worship the joy of life and the joy of liberation are obtained." [pp143-144. Simon and Schuster. 1973]

Hislop sees interracial union by the procreative gods as proof of corruption, the worst of pagan perversions. Bel the confounder (mixer) is the ultimate demonstration of pagan abomination. It proves, for Hislop, the wickedness of Catholic Christianity.

For Eastern religion, almost the opposite is true. The attraction and fulfillment of opposites is proof of godhead, and pathway to bliss. We have, for example, Siva and Sakti as Vajradhara and Prajnâ pâramita Symbol of the Absolute in its polarity aspect. We have Krishna with his Aryan groupies, the Gopis. The name "krishna" itself refers to the god's BLACKNESS, Krishna being an incarnation of the black god Vishnu. We have the Tibetan Yab-Yum of the Tantric miracle-workers.

The antithesis of any given thing confers meaning upon it. Light is insignificant without darkness, black means nothing without white. Life is meaningless without death. Night is known by the Dawn and Morning that comes after. [Ecstasy Through Tantra]
